You can ask us to delete your VendeLink account and the personal data associated with it, subject to limited exceptions (for example where we must keep certain information to comply with the law).
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address linked to your VendeLink account to vendelinkk@gmail.com with the subject line “VendeLink data deletion request”.
Please include:
- The email address you use to sign in to VendeLink
- Your display name (if shown in the app)
- A short confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What we delete
After verification, we aim to delete or anonymise data tied to your account that we hold in our services (for example profile information, saved preferences, listings and content you published under that account, messages and applications linked to you, and similar account-scoped data), in line with our technical setup and legal obligations.
Some information may remain where the law requires retention, or in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
Timing
We will respond to your request within a reasonable time and typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
