Welcome to VendeLink. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VendeLink mobile application, services, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, signing in, accessing, or using VendeLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About VendeLink

• VendeLink is a platform that allows users to post, browse, promote, and interact with listings, including products, property, jobs, and other marketplace content.
• VendeLink provides the Platform only and is not a direct party to transactions, agreements, or communications between users unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use the Platform.
• By using VendeLink, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, that the information you provide is accurate and up to date, and that your use of the Platform complies with applicable law.

3. User Accounts

• You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
• VendeLink may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Platform or other users.

4. Listings and User Content

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, submit, post, message, or otherwise make available on the Platform.
• By posting User Content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to publish it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate the law or the rights of others.
• You grant VendeLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use your content for operating, improving, promoting, and securing the Platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not post false, fraudulent, misleading, illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe listings.
• You may not impersonate others, harass users, send spam, scrape data, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.

6. Transactions Between Users

• VendeLink is a neutral platform and does not inspect, guarantee, endorse, or verify user listings unless expressly stated.
• Any transaction, dispute, rental, job arrangement, or communication is strictly between the users involved, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

7. Payments and Fees

• If VendeLink introduces paid features or service fees, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be shown before purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

8. Notifications and Communications

By using VendeLink, you agree that we may send service-related messages, account notices, security alerts, and transactional notifications.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its branding, software, layout, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to VendeLink and protected by applicable law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information.

11. Content Moderation and Reporting

VendeLink may investigate reports and take action including content removal, warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.

12. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or if needed to protect users, services, or our reputation.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of listings or user content.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VendeLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, your inability to use it, your interactions with other users, or unauthorized access to your account or data.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VendeLink and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be raised with VendeLink informally. If not resolved, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Namibia unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify users of material changes through the app or other reasonable means.

20. Entire Agreement
